Part-Time Seasonal Receiver / Loading Dock Attendant

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Seasonal Receiver / Loading Dock Attendant to support our receiving and inventory operations. This position will work approximately three days per week, primarily on scheduled delivery days, and play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, and distributed throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Check in deliveries and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Separate, organize, and store products in designated locations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dry storage areas.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain the loading dock and receiving areas.
• Transfer products and supplies between various locations throughout the property as needed.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures while handling materials and equipment.
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move products and supplies safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous receiving, warehouse, stockroom, or loading dock experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time seasonal position.
• Approximately three days per week, based on delivery schedules and operational needs.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
